Of course we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you still wish to return or exchange something this is possible of course!
- All Items can be returned, including sale / discounted items (if unused and in good condition).
- Notify us with within 30 days after arrival by filling in the Return Form. After that you have another 14 days to return your order.
- You can also exchange products for a different size.
- The full purchase price plus shipping costs will be credited within 14 days after the reception of the return.
1. What is our return policy?
Please notify us with within 30 days after receival of your package about your return by filling in the Return Form. You can decide to do this for example, when the size does not appear to be correct or the product is disappointing for some reason. After filling in the Return Form you have another 14 days to return your order. If you wish to exchange more than one products from the same order, then you have to return all products in one return shipment.
You as a customer are responsible for the shipping costs of the return. You can choose to send the package with an insurance or Track & Trace number if the value of the package is substantial. Returns are at your own risk. We can not take responsibility for lost packages.
For our return/exchange service we will only accept articles;
- that are returned within 44 days of receipt,
- which are unopened (the bracelets, stickers, etc. lose their effect when opened),
- of course you can try on the polo shirts indoors, but we do not accept them when they are clearly worn or washed. Make sure the clothes smell fresh and clean, if not, we can not re-sell the items and we can not return the purchase price.

2. How does the return process work?
Apply the following steps when returning a product:
- Fill out our online Return Form, print the form and put it in your return package. You can also fill in the form manually after printing.
- Send the products back in the original packaging.
- Send the package on to our Logistic Centre:

We will process the return within 3 working days upon receipt of your return. You will receive a confirmation via e-mail from us about this.
After processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned items directly via the payment method you used. That means that if you have paid by credit card, you also receive the refund into the account of your credit card. When you only return a part of the order we will not refund the shipping cost.
You buy two MosquitNo Flowerpots together € 19.90, plus € 2.95 shipping costs, the total amount is € 22.85.
- Example 1: You return entire package. Within 14 days after the return notice we will refund the entire purchase price plus shipping costs, so € 22.85. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the return.
- Example 2: You return one of the two MosquitNo Flowerpots. Within 14 days after the return notice we will refund the purchase price for the Flower Pot. The shipping costs will not be reimbursed in this case. You will thus be refunded € 9.95. Besides that, you are responsible for the costs of shipping the return.
Please note: If you order for an amount of € 40, - or more shipping is normally free of costs. However, when you (for whatever reason) decide to return something, the net purchase amount changes. The order does not qualify for free shipping anymore. Unfortunately, we are forced to charge a shipping fee in this case. You will receive the purchase price of the returned items minus shipping costs.
You buy two MosquitNo Sun Cream & After Sun Sets 50 ml for € 69.90, as the amount is higher than € 40,- shipping is free of charge. The total amount is € 69.90.
- Example 1: You return the entire package. Within 14 days after the return notice we will refund the full order amount, € 69.90. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the return.
- Example 2: You return one of the two MosquitNo Sun Cream and After Sun Sets. Within 14 days after the return notice we will refund the purchase price for this Set. Now the total amount of the order is € 69.90 - € 34.95 = € 34.95. Since the purchase amount is now less than € 40, - we are forced to retroactively charge the shipping costs. In this case we will refund € 34.95 - € 2.95 shipping fee= € 32,-. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the return.
We will provide the new size or a new item of the same price as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace Code. If you still haven’t received a confirmation from us within 7 workdays, we recommend you to contact the shipping company so they can trace your package. We do not have the details of your return package and therefore we can not help you in this matter. If there is a delay, please let us know so we can possibly lengthen your return period.
3. What if I received a different/wrong product.
Did you receive a faulty item? Our apologies! In order to fix this quickly, we ask you to report it to us as soon as possible. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at: +31 (0) 475-333462 (Monday / Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. pm except Dutch holidays)
If the shipment is not returned as described above, then MosquitNo has the right to charge depreciation. Articles that are worn and damaged can not be exchanged.
