1. How can I order products?

Ordering products from MosquitNo is easy. It only takes a few simple steps to place your order.

Step 1

Consult the product information on this website to see if the product you wish to purchase is right for the purpose you have in mind. The product characteristics are clearly outlined on the product page.
You can adjust the number of pieces you wish to purchase by clicking on the left/right arrows. Once you have made your choice, simply press the 'Add to Cart' button.

Step 2

Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner when you have finished shopping. Make sure that what you ordered matched with what is shown in the shopping cart, then press 'Checkout'.

Do you have a discount code?
If you have a discount code you can add this code in ‘Discount Code’-field of the shopping cart-page, or at the checkout and click apply. The discount is now deducted from the total order amount.

Step 3

Fill in your contact details correctly. By clicking ‘Create Account’, you can enter a password. This will immediately create an account for you in our system. You will receive an email to confirm this. 

Benefits of creating an account:

  • Quick order.
  • Your details are safely stored in our system and available for future orders.
  • Your purchase history is remembered. You can easily reorder products.
  • You can create a wishlist of products that you can order at a later time.
  • After completing your details select the desired shipping method and payment method. Finally, press 'Checkout' and you will be redirected to the payment page. Once you have placed your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.

After payment you will receive an invoice by email and you will be notified when the order has been sent.

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once your order is placed and paid it is processed immediately. A change in our webshop is no longer possible. An address change is only possible after contacting our customer service, provided that the order is not yet ready for shipment.
If you would like to cancel your order after payment, please contact our Customer Service at +31 (0) 475-333462 or by email service@mosquitno.eu. 
An order can not be canceled if it has already been processed, or transmitted. Of course you can always return the products, after which the order amount is returned. 

3. Which payment methods does MosquitNo provide?

MosquitNo offers several payment methods.

iDEAL. This payment method allows you to directly process the payment with your own bank. You pay within the trusted online banking environment of your own bank, based on specific security measures of your bank. If you use telebanking, you can directly use iDEAL. Simply pay the way you usually pay bills with online banking.

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). You can enter your credit card information safely through our secure SSL procedure. We will handle the payment with your credit card organization.

PayPal. You can easily and quickly pay for your order using your PayPal account. Just log in and simply press the button to safely transfer the amount.

Afterpay with Billink. This means that you will receive a digital giro from Billink by email to pay the purchased product(s). To approve your request to pay by giro Billink performs a data check. Billink has a strict privacy policy. In the unlikely event of no authorization of your request for payment by giro, you can of course choose another payment method.

Mister Cash. Belgian customers can use Mister Cash. With Bancontact / Mister Cash you can safely, secure and easily pay for your online purchase in our checkout. You pay in your familiar Internet payment environment, based on specific security measures of your own bank. Payment is processed through a secure SSL procedure which prevents fraud. No additional fees will be charged.
